The hotel is clean and reasonably spacious with helpful staff members. The rooms are huge with an awesome view and the overall experience is good.

Everything was simply good. Booked a room with nice views especially at sunset.

Fairly clean hotel, services were great and location was perfect also close to King William district restaurants. All the staff was courteous and we had an easy check in. There was good breakfasts with cooked items.

All the employees were funny and outstandingly accommodating. Inviting, non-smoking room with an awesome view and a bath tub, for instance. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. Great base for exploring San Antonio.

So small bathroom and Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

We liked every detail about our enjoyable 2 nights stay here. A personal safe, pay television and a dining area in the room and the comfortable bed.

Appealing, clean hotel in charming area. Perfect view, a great balcony, lovely bed, too. Efficient check-in and exceptional customer service. Good drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise. Staff were very cordial, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown. Also, it was not too far from The Alamo Fort.

My room was non-smoking and there is delicious breakfast. Hotel was very clean. I loved the comfy bed. My stay was very enjoyable, and the entire staff was cheerful. Fantastic central venue set in the secure area. The hotel took care of the outstanding service too.

We thoroughly enjoyed the staff and food and good prices. Great nearby places include alamo street eat bar, we usually had drinks there. Climate control, TV set and a work desk were available in our king room.

worth its 3 stars. we spent 4 nights in guest room. in addition, free wifi was handy. only 10 min walk to downtown.

We loved this hotel. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. It's minute walk from Lowcountry with nice drinks and cocktails.

hotel was placed so close to such tourist sites as the alamo. the staff was friendly and that's why we do recommend it.
